Billy and his little sister Lilly lost their parents at a young age. To keep him and his eight years younger sister alive, Billy turned to the world of crime without much hesitation. He took several odd jobs until one day he ended up in a factory owned by Geese Howard. Billy lost his grip and caused a rampage, using a long iron pipe as a weapon. Geese Howard watched the whole event in delight. He saw in Billy a man with promise, lacking in skill but the potential for a truly formidable fighter was there. He later offered Billy a chance to work for him and practice martial arts. Billy agreed.

He was very tenacious in his training. And eventually became the most formidable of Geese’s men. Geese’s faith in Billy paid off, and Billy became his right hand man.
