Phil’s number one attorney and personal bodyguard. Carl has a mastery of stealth, and quite usually pops up quite unexpectedly and in the most unusual of places. Trained in a unique martial arts style much like Ninjitsu, Carl focuses on his opponents weaknesses in battle then alters his own style to counter his opponents faults.

Trained as a Lawyer, Carl can subdue his opponents through fancy legal techniques as well as his flashy moves.

Carl's style of fighting is a unique one, and might even be a self designed fighting style. He carefully observes his opponent and then alters his style to counter theirs. (If his opponent is Especially fast he watches them carefully and counters when he sees an opening. If his opponent relies on power, he relies on his speed and maneuverability in battle, etc.)
