Cologne gets her hands on another love potion, and with the way things work out everything may fall into place this time. She gets Ranma infatuated with Shampoo, Ben infatuated with Akane, and she may be able to finally get Ranma and Shampoo together while Ben keeps the Tendo’s busy… But Jennifer’s not going to let go without a fight and her form is one that cologne herself may have no defense. Also, Bubble returns to throw an American spin on Shampoo’s engagement… watch out.
